The DVTK project creates different tools that will assist in the development, testing and servicing of medical interfaces such as DICOM and HL7. These tools provide functionality and capabilities to improve the quality of product interfaces and will assist with integration problems.

The Learning Lab offers a hands-on opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the latest technologies. These small classroom-style learning labs are limited to 24 people at one time, and will be offered several times throughout the annual meeting. You must sign up in advance on the SIIM 2008 registration form. Bring your own laptop and plug in!
